Calling all Elders ... to explore the medicine of the 4 Sacred Directions of Mother Earth, listening to the wisdom, growing our edges, moving with the elements.
What is it to embody Eldership? How do we set the ground for these next generations to walk upon? With the 4 Directions as our guide, and through sacred ceremony, gentle movement, poetry, reflective questions and journaling, we will spend the afternoon dropping into connection with our bodies and souls, and with each other. We will explore together the gifts, challenges and invitations that aging and Elderhood can offer ourselves, our families and our communities.

May 2016 Session: Find Your Creative Voice – Throat Chakra
Resonate and “dance” with the vibration of your core and authentic Self. Sense how the rhythm of your voice, sound, words, thoughts and emotions manifest into matter. In the throat chakra, we allow what is inside us to come out. Listen inside and speak your truth, open to your creativity and full self-expression. Tune in to the resonant rhythm of your core connected with the heartbeat of the Universe. Underneath everything you do and say, what are you really trying to say? What has impacted you and not been able to vibrate out through your voice?
In a small, sacred circle of women, we will allow our Hearts to lead us to where we resist and block our throat chakra – our full creativity, self-expression, and speaking our truth. We are guided through a process of deep transformation using Scalar Heart Connection resulting in profound connection to the vibration of our authentic selves.
We will focus on the throat chakra and moving into resonance with our core and creative voice through sound, mantra, words, singing and movement and create harmony with the elements – earth, water, fire, air, sound, light. We will move to the rhythm of our Heart interconnected with all Hearts and the heartbeat of the Universe.

April 2016 session: Love Your Heart
Reconnect with your Heart as the center of Love, the ultimate healing force. Allow yourself to feel love and self-acceptance for all the parts of yourself, and release the grief of old hurts. Move into the element of Air - freedom, openness, softness, simplicity and spaciousness achieved through letting go of what we are too tightly clinging to. Can we experience love as infinite and abundant versus scarce, afraid of not having enough? Love makes the mundane sacred. How do we find it, maintain it, and share it? And how do we bring the fire in our belly in service of our heart?
In a small, sacred circle of women, we will allow our Hearts to lead us to where we resist and block our full aliveness, our fire, anger, and ability to take action toward that which we love and care for. We are guided through a process of deep transformation using Scalar Heart Connection resulting in profound connection to our true power and selves.
Fueled by our discoveries, we will move into our bodies and being, and dance to ground and build our energy and Fire, and create harmony with all the elements – earth, water, fire, air, sound, light. We will move to the rhythm of our Heart interconnected with all Hearts.

March 2016 session: Embrace Your Fire
Reclaim your energy, your power, and your fire as the living flame of being fully alive and fully here. Reconnect with the natural force of your anger as the deepest form of love and compassion for yourself, for another, for the world. Anger is a boundary setter, a cleansing agent, a truth bringer – it takes us into action for that which we most love and are willing to stand for and protect. Expand your passion and playful aliveness and capacity to hold and contain your profound vulnerability.

February 2016 session: Finding Our Roots
Ground into your female body and the Earth as your Root support. Reclaim your right to be here and to live in the sensation of pleasure and joy, to take up space, feel safe, and love and nourish yourself. Honor your Body as the sacred temple that it is. Be present here and now, alive with vitality. Sense how you belong to your own Body, to your community and tribe, to nature and all of life. Sense your living relationship with yourself and the greater living Mother as Gaia, mutter, matter and the Earth.
During the first half of the workshop you will be guided through a process of deep transformation using Scalar Heart Connection®. In a small, sacred circle of women, we will allow our hearts to lead, working to heal the resistance that exists to grounding into our bodies, resulting in our ability to be alive in our sacredness and experience fully the sensation of pleasure.
Fueled by the power of our discoveries, during the second half of the workshop we will set all into motion through EmbodyDance. We will play in the sensations of pleasure and joy, dance the elements – earth, water, air, sounds light, and move to the rhythm of our heart interconnected with all hearts.

Engaging our fire and true power, we reconnect with our intentions and purpose combined with our energy to create a strong will. We move into action with balance, efficiency, assertiveness, groundedness, and clarity. What blocks our autonomy and power within and how do we ignite it? How do we take effective action to power change, unity, integration, and wholeness vs the old paradigm of separation, fighting and dominating? How do we burn with the passion and power that ensures the continuance of our species and natural resources, and our trust and ability to cooperate and work together?

January 2016 session: Healing Our Feelings and Emotions
We dive into the watery world of the Pelvis Chakra, our Wombs, and Center in our Female Bodies. Allowing ourselves to slow down and take the time to feel, we will explore the depth, realm, and range of our emotions and notice what we experience most frequently. Our brain and nervous system can often be wired for painful and negative emotions. We move in sensations of pleasure and pain with greater awareness to what our needs might be. What positive and supportive Feelings, Sensations and Pleasure are our Hearts calling us to dance into?
4 Week Session: January 8, 15, 22, 29 Fridays 9:00 – 11:00 AM Fee: $75 / Drop-In $20 per Class
November 2015 session: Healing Our Ancestors and Ancestral Trauma
Allowing our Hearts to bring awareness and insight to loved ones, family patterns / emotions / trauma and what is needed to embrace, love, let go of and transform in order to be fully present and to receive wisdom and guidance from the Heart of our Ancestors.
